	Our ‘International Patient Care’ package includes your transportation costs to and from the Airport together with your transportation costs to and from the hospital for all your consultation/surgery and follow-up appointments.
	We will assist you with the Patient Registration process and offer to accompany you during the consultation process.
	We guarantee to assist you with any communication issues regarding your day to day needs, and/or surgeon/hospital procedures and instructions.
	We offer to be with you before your surgery and immediately following your surgery - just to make sure all went well.
	We are your eyes, ears and mouthpiece and we will visit you each day you are in hospital - again attending to any communication issues you may have with regard to pain management and/or medication instructions.
	When you are discharged from the hospital we will take you back to your hotel/resort and settle you in.
	If there are any unforeseen complications we are available on call to ensure you get 1st Class treatment immediately.
